A CURIOUS AND UNEXPECTED OUTING.

 

    

A Curious and Unexpected Outing

 

In the village there were two boys. Those boys are a great nature lovers. They love nature, they can feel the nature, they gets hurt when the beauty of the nature is destroyed. Those boys name was Alex and Holmes.

 

They are teenager boys. Everyday they make an outing by the road by their bicycles. They enjoys their bicycle ride very much. They travel in the same road everyday. That road wasn’t busy enough, I meant to say there was very low traffic in that road. There’s also a cause for choosing the that particular road. As I have said in the first para, they were great nature lovers. There were many trees in a row beside the road as well as less traffic. They slowly and often a little rapidly rides bicycle and feels the beauty of nature. They travels everyday at afternoon. That red and yellowish calm solar lights make their mind happy. Those green leafs charmed their eyes. The wind which the trees reflects were an awesome feeling for them. Those outings were continued for everyday at afternoon. They were used to travel about 5 to 6.5 Kilometers with their cycles. They also went to the narrow lanes. Narrow lanes were to go for another villages from that main road where they travels. Everyday they went different villages by those lanes. They felt beauty of farms of that villages as well as the crops.

One day when it was spring, they also went out for riding as they did everyday. This riding was the most curious and memorable riding for those boys. In that day they were riding by the main road. After travelling some amout of distance a beautiful, clean lane(Not so much narrow, a bit wider than normal lanes) was seen to those boys. They were just surprised to see that road. There were many trees in row, from that trees little flowers are dropping. Many flower scents were just attracting those boys. Alex and Holmes were unable to control themselves and they went to that lane. As soon as the first tire of the bicycle touched that lane an another level of feeling those boys felt. That feeling can not be expressed by words. They pedal slowly for that they can feel that new lane’s beauty. They don’t even thought that where the lane came from. There was no lane before. Alex and Holmes were mesmerized by the beauty.

Alex said “ How’s the beauty?” Holmes replied in a tone nice, unexpected, charming(wow!).

They pedal slowly and slowly feeling that beauty. Just then a butterfly came near them. That butterfly was blue in colour. Its short wings are just glowing. The butterfly went and Alex and Holmes also went behind that butterfly following that butterfly. After riding some distance they came to a special instant where there were many small houses. But all the houses are locked.

Amazing matter was that, in front of every house a torsional pendulum clock was hanging. They saw those clocks and also amazed but they not wondered that, from where that kinda pendulums came. As I have told before that they were mesmerized. They were in a different state of mind which only appreciates beauty, but not want to ask from where it all came. By the way, then, they wanted to touch that clocks and to take one of a clock. But it doesn’t support their postulates. Their parents advised them not to touch any substance without getting that’s owner permission. So, they avoid to touch that and continued their travelling.

[TO THE READERS : Don’t think this story is same like Rip Van Winkle’s story. Its different.]

After travelling some distances they saw a farm. Where there are many fruit and vegetables plants. But here also a derivation from normal plants which we are used to see. Let me explain through Holmes’s eyes________

Holmes : wow!

Holmes : What’s that(in a surprise)

Holmes : The plants which are in partial shade are changing their colour.

[Actually when the plant’s leaves came into sunlight from shade its colour changes into deep black and when its leaves comes into shade they became green. The top of those plants are trembling due to wind. The colour changing also occurring from black to green and vice versa].

 

They again started their riding. Wherever they were going that’s by following that blue butterfly which is mentioned before. After another little amount of distance a waterfall was seen by Alex. Alex told Holmes to look at that waterfall. Holmes stared at that waterfall also in a surprise. The cause of surprise is same, The colour. The colour of the waterfall is like mercury. Looking as if it was not an waterfall, it’s a Mercury-fall. It was also a strange moment for them. They also ignored that after staring some times and also started to follow that beautiful, glowing, blue butterfly.

 

After a little, a scent(may be coming from flowers), attracted Alex and Holmes. They doubled their speed, to feel the scent. At that instant they were thinking about another strange event that may occur. But No strange event occurred. They stopped their bicycles, where they are getting that scent the most. They saw in the front. They found that the road is divided into two narrow lanes. When they stopped, the butterfly also stopped moving forward.

 One lane is darker but beautiful and the other is also beautiful but full of sunshine.

 

Alex and Holmes are thinking. But the butterfly is pointing to the darker lane. Holmes told Alex to go to that darker lane because the butterfly is pointing to that road. But Alex said “No” to Holmes. Holmes was interested to travel through that darker road but because of Alex is not going, he dropped that idea.

 

Alex and Holmes both pointed their cycles to the sunny road and they had to leave the butterfly there.

 

They started pedalling after some times they came that original main-road in which they used to out.

 

The sorcery ends. Both of them get their consciousness back. And now all the thinking takes place.

 

They left home at 5 p.m. for outing but here’s the most amazing thing is this when they came back home, the time is 5 p.m. Both of their parents wanted to know what made them to come in only 30 seconds. Alex and Holmes both are surprised to hear that time from their parents respectively. They told a lie. They told that there’s no reason for coming fast.

 

That evening as well as that night, they were unable to make out what was happened to them and what could happen if they went to that darker road.

 

 

According to me, that new lane was a worm-hole for going to a parallel universe.  Alex and Holmes travelled through a parallel universe and came back to home. In that universe time is slower than our earthly time. And if they went to that darker lane…………….   Anything May Be happen to them.
