What is Earth? some people say, "Earth is a planet which is created due to the effect of big bang i.e. it is created naturally." Some people say it is a part of simulation of a giant computer of a group of aliens." Others say, "a type V civilization of a group of aliens of our Milky way galaxy has created Earth as a correctional house for the very very small crime-doers of their own civilization.
The aliens of that V type civilization has arranged everything in Earth for the wrong-doers of their civilization. According to the believers of this theory -------
Earth is the jail of the aliens. It is many many hundreds of light-years away from their civilization. They have arranged for the hibernation of the criminals of their own and have started to send their souls through a strong portal (worm hole). But before that, some couples of aliens came to Earth through warp driving and those couples, taking the souls of the wrong doers, gave birth of the babies suitable for the Earthly environment and after that they returned to their own civilization. In that way the correctional house i.e. the Earth was created by them. Even now the correctional house is working continuously.
Some times they come to Earth in UFO through warp driving in order to supervise their correctional house i.e. the Earth.
Without taking birth some aliens descent from UFO and changing their format, take the format of human and mix with the human crowd. They supply the necessary information, environment, diseases, punishment etc to the humans to make them correct. Some people are not corrected or changed sufficiently and so they have to take re-birth again and again in Earth. When they are corrected sufficiently they went back to their hibernated body in the V type civilization and those bodies awoke as a fresh sin-less entities.
In the above process, the correction is being continued. When the total correction will be completed, the Earth will be a people-less planet. This has been in the past again and again. Such as - Egyptian civilization, Mesopotamia civilization, Indus valley civilization etc or Jurassic age(Though it is not a civilization, it may be; the correctional process even then, was continued by the aliens of the above V type civilization) the present Earthly civilization will also be destroyed by them and then according to their demand a new civilization in Earth will be created by them.
